We’re incredibly proud to announce that Mia Paul, a senior at Crescent City Jr.-Sr. High School and Take Stock in Children Putnam scholar has been named one of just 12 finalists statewide for the prestigious ASOFSKY FAMILY FOUNDATION INC Leaders for Life Fellowship! Mia has shown exceptional academic success, leadership, and commitment to positively impacting her community. This recognition highlights all her hard work and dedication. During a surprise celebration, Mia was joined by her family, school staff, and some of our Take Stock in Children team members. To honor this incredible achievement, she was presented with a brand-new MacBook Pro. As a finalist, Mia is now in the running to become one of six Leaders for Life Fellows, who will receive mentorship, leadership training, professional development, and up to $10,000 annually for unmet needs at a Florida public university. Congratulations, Mia! We can’t wait to see all the fantastic things you’ll continue to accomplish. The Take Stock in Children program, facilitated by Goodwill Industries of North Florida in Duval, Putnam, and Suwannee counties, empowers students like Mia with the tools they need to succeed in education and beyond. Through scholarships, mentorship, and guidance, we’re helping shape the leaders of tomorrow.
