I am returning to Asia after spending two productive days in Copenhagen with our key retail partners and business associates. During the past two days, Global Leisure announced to our Nordic partners that we are establishing a Global Leisure Nordic business unit. This investment also results in our business retaining the sales, marketing and customer service support structure of our previous distribution partners. After using a distributor model for the past 9 years in this region, Global Leisure is excited about this direct and intentful investment in the Nordic market. We are focussed to continue the growth of our brands and supporting our retail partners and their customers with an elevated product and consumer experience. We are sharing recent news that Global Leisure’s long-time partner and friends in the Scandinavian market, have filed for bankruptcy. Bon-fire has been a true partner for Global Leisure and a champion for the Nexgrill brand in their market for many years. We appreciate their passion for BBQ and their support for the Nexgrill brand alongside their own Bon-fire products. Many factors contributed to this untimely decision and event for Bon-fire, especially during a time when our Nexgrill brand is experiencing tremendous growth within Europe and specifically in the Scandinavian market.   We treasure our friendship and partnership with the Bon-fire team, and will go to great lengths to ensure we make this transition for the Bon-fire leadership and staff, retail partners and Nexgrill consumers as seamless as possible.   Global Leisure looks forward to being closer to our customers and to continuing our journey of growth and expansion in Scandinavia through the strong retail partnerships we have built over the last decade. Now, more than ever, we are focused on our category and range expansion, brand marketing and customer service excellence.
