While nobody eagerly anticipates a trip to the dentist, when something goes wrong, you want it fixed professionally, quickly, and affordably. On the other hand, the personal touch of getting to know your mechanic and building a relationship is similar to visiting your favorite hairdresser. To meet these needs, we are implementing several features: Personal Mechanic Requests: Just like choosing your preferred hairdresser, you can now request your favorite mechanic for your bike servicing. Instant Bookings: Need a flat tire fixed ASAP? We’ve got you covered with instant bookings. To address this video, what we did learn from our test also, was that some people do prefer the personal communication options with booking a service. So, our upcoming app version will retain the chat feature, keeping you in constant contact with our team.
