About us

The Foundrae Collection is more than jewelry. The pieces are modern heirlooms, ones that allow the wearer to express something of themself to the world. The Foundrae collection is intended to become part of the wearer, a second skin, to be an expression of identity and of personal values. The collection is founded on a lexicon of archetypal, mythological and classical symbols with the intention of inspiring the wearer to take the wisdom passed down through generations and apply that to one’s own life. Foundrae is a reminder, one we wear against our hearts or on our hands, of our capacity for change and growth. When you wear one of these pieces, you are announcing to yourself and to the world that everything you want and everything you want to be is already inside you - all you have to do is claim it. 100% of assembly & finishing of pieces is completed in house at our NYC studio. More than 60% of our styles are crafted in New York. We only work with a select few workshops that have expert craftsmanship and are similarly committed to human rights, ethics and social and environmental responsibility.

  • Our Founder & Creative Director, Beth, joined entrepreneurs Gregg Renfrew and Desiree Gruber for a great discussion with Jean Altier Bohm at Goldman Sachs’ In the Lead event in Palm Beach. “It’s always inspiring to connect with like-minded women and share the key principles that have shaped my entrepreneurial journey—growth mindset, self-discipline, and taking smart risks.”

  • Introducing our newest collection: Starry, Starry Night 🌟 "Today is 11.11: a portal to enchantment. In numerology, the number 11 is not just any number; it's considered a master number, which means it carries a heightened level of spiritual significance and a unique vibration. A double “11” is twice as powerful: 11.11 is an example of synchronicity; an auspicious sign indicating a strong spiritual presence. Some think seeing 11.11 signals a time for optimism, realigning priorities, and embracing opportunities." - Founder & Creative Director, Beth Hutchens Explore our new holiday collection: https://lnkd.in/dtggT4pk

  • FoundRae has officially landed in Miami's Design District! Our new flagship is located in The Moore, a building considered the crown jewel of Miami’s iconic Design District. As a nod to the building’s history, the FoundRae space incorporates classical elements, including an ornate, hand-painted ceiling cornice, custom wallpaper, and artisanal hand-blown glass sconces, which are signature brand tenets such as Dream, Karma, and Wholeness. "We approach the design of our stores the same way we approach the design of our jewelry collections: inspired by historical references and time-honored artisanal techniques... I hope the store design makes people feel connected to a past legacy, but also inspires them to go forth and shape their own futures.” - Founder & Creative Director, Beth Hutchens. The seal for the Miami flagship features a shell, which will also grace jewelry designs exclusively available at this location.

  • A vision in red on Madison. A vision come true! We are excited to announce that our newest doorway is now open. 777 Madison Avenue — this address is magic. “Before I ever set foot in the space, I had a feeling it would be FoundRae’s newest home, because of its auspicious address: 777,” says Beth Hutchens, Founder & Creative Director. “Seven is my favorite number and has often appeared in my life as a sign that I’m on the right path.” The FoundRae space is a mix of a muted cinnabar red, a shade named for the faded stamp marks on centuries-old Japanese temple robes, and a scarlet hue used in FoundRae’s Strength tenet. These warm tones are paired with sophisticated deep walnut wood paneling and smooth camel leather. This new FoundRae location also includes an in-house workshop with a bench jeweler and a hand-engraver to assist in crafting a uniquely personal story.

  • Introducing our newest collection: Golden Hour ✨ “The golden hour is the period of daytime shortly before sunset, during which daylight is redder and softer, lending tones of saffron, rose-tinted champagne and cool lilacs to the sky. In these colors of the setting sky there is a stillness & beauty that allows us to connect with the magic that resides in each of us.” - Founder & Creative Director, Beth Hutchens

  • We are thrilled to announce the opening of our first West Coast boutique on Melrose Place in Los Angeles! The iconic vine-covered stucco, a hallmark of the street, comprises the exterior, while light-toned wood décor is punctuated by pops of color inside. The most striking feature is a backlit composition of symbols that spans the entire ceiling. Each FoundRae doorway features a signature emblem on the front entrance with a Crossed Arrows seal, marking its “crossing of paths,” as well as a symbol unique to that store. The seal for the new Los Angeles Melrose Place store features a cherub, offering a graceful nod to the City of Angels. To further empower the individual journey of each boutique visitor, the new FoundRae location includes an in-house workshop where two artisans—a bench jeweler and a hand-engraver—can help craft a uniquely personal story.
