Have you spotted Refried Apparel’s “upcycled merchandise collection” in your campus store? The collection features one-of-a-kind garments made from excess goods, designed to help reduce waste and drive sustainable retail practices. Arizona State University (ASU) was the first Follett-supported store to launch this initiative earlier this year, and the results were inspiring: over 400 pounds of clothing were diverted from landfills and transformed into fresh, sustainable fashion. Building on the success of our partnership with Refried, this exclusive collection is now available in dozens of campus stores. Over the past three months, campuses in the Follett family—Florida State University, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Vanderbilt University, Villanova University, Boston College, Wake Forest University, University of Houston, and Spelman College—celebrated lululemon with in-store events that brought energy and excitement to their students. While many stores were already home to this beloved brand, we were thrilled to officially launch lululemon at Houston, Nebraska, and Spelman for the first time. • At Vanderbilt, students and fans loved discovering the lululemon collection, with in-store displays that captured campus pride. • A seamless blend of style and performance apparel had students buzzing about the latest drops at Wake Forest. • The excitement was contagious during our showcase at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Thank you to Lonna Henrichs and the licensing team for making it a standout event! Thanks to everyone who helped bring these events to life!

Last week, we were honored to join the Indiana University Indianapolis community in a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the opening of the new campus store. This event was not only a celebration of the new space but also a tribute to IU Indianapolis’s exciting rebrand, capturing the vision and vibrant identity of the Jaguar community. “It’s our privilege to invest in the success of every Jaguar on their academic journey,” said Follett’s Group Vice President, Shawn Hummell, during the event. “This new store is an extension of the IU brand, tailored to connect and empower students, ensuring they feel a sense of belonging as they embark on this bold new era.” We’re grateful for the warm welcome from the Indiana University community and thrilled to be part of this new chapter. Halloween is here! 🎃 Thanks to a new partnership with Party City this October, students at select campus bookstores--including Florida State University, Indiana University Bloomington, and University of Iowa--browsed and shopped from a wide array of Halloween costumes and accessory collections. Stores offered a 48-foot-display of costumes and Halloween-themed products, giving students the chance to purchase everything they need to celebrate Spooky Season, right on campus. A new one-stop-shop for their Halloween needs! Thanks to the campus partners who celebrated the Party City pop-ups and spread the word!
