NEW FSACAST EPISODE ALERT! H In the second installment of The Oral History of Amendment 10, we dive into Florida’s 20-year quirk – the Constitution Revision Commission. What is this powerful commission, and how can it directly place amendments on the ballot for voters? e Join us as we uncover the sheriffs’ strategic efforts to collaborate with this unique body and hear the pivotal story of Martin County Clerk of Court Carolyn Timmann, whose leadership played a key role in securing a 2018 constitutional amendment.
