Meet the team behind the Florida Deputy Sheriffs Association and TacOps Tactical Training Florida Law Enforcement and Tactical Operations Conference and Expo! FDSA Executive Director Keith Dean, CPA originally served as controller for the Florida Sheriffs Association and was tasked with managing all fiscal operations and special projects. The sheriffs selected Keith to establish and manage the Florida Deputy Sheriffs Association, which he grew from a concept into a 25,000-member association with accident, survivor and financial assistance programs, a statewide Law Enforcement Apprenticeship Program (LEAP), a deputy-focused legislative agenda and cohesive training.
