Your ability to adjust, proactiveness, and dedication to your assignment always causes me to seek you out. You are an amazing team leader who goes above and beyond to get the job done. You are also a great source of encouragement to your colleagues and they are so thankful for you. Michael J. – You have been a great addition to the team. Your willingness to meet customer expectations, supporting your team mates whenever called upon, and assist me whenever you’re called upon are just a few demonstrations of your dedication to team. Jennifer M. – You have been a great addition to the Case Writing Team. You are a very professional, dependable, and a proactive team player who takes pride in your work. Since Jennifer has been assigned the task to assist in overseeing the case list and ensuring that staff has the cases legacy packages needed to prepare a case, she has been doing an outstanding job. She skillfully keeps the case list clean and current, which in itself can be a tedious task because of all the details that come with preparing cases. She proactively contacts and follows up with the program office about her case request list twice monthly and downloads all case files whenever they are made available to her. Jennifer’s assistance with this task makes the case writing process much easier and the work flow more efficient. She has been a very productive employee from day one, and I couldn’t be more happy to have her on our team. Thank you so very much for all you have been doing over time Jennifer."

This week we recognize Barb C. on one of our contracts. From the client: Barb Carta is a stellar employee in support of multiple aspects of the department. She helped coordinate multiple last-minute meetings with the front office staff to meet the immediate needs of the organization. She has been instrumental in the planning and organization of several important departmental events, including other teams, which involves multiple planning stages, new hire meet and greets, and Senior Staff get-togethers. Barb accomplishes important duties such as these on a daily basis, while also handling other vital tasks, including overseeing facility issues with the department, ensuring that all employees have what they need to be successful in their jobs, and managing most inquiries that make their way to the front office. Simply put, Barb is the person to come to if you need just about anything. She is the heartbeat of the organization, always knowing the who, what, when, and where of the department. Her tireless efforts are truly appreciated and her invaluable contributions serve as a major asset to the directorate's vision, mission, and values. It is for these reasons that she is most deserving of the Contractor Spotlight Award." This week we recognize Leslie E. on one of our contracts. From the client: I would like to share with you the wonderful document, Leslie put together for me. This is a Step-by-Step process for putting in badges for contractors to follow. Leslie is normally my Requestor in IdMAX but with the new badging process there will be a large number of subcontractors that will require badges. I do not want to have Leslie’s time taken up with all of these badge requests. Learning the new process has been an adventure for the contractors, there have been a few errors and definitely some confusion. But with Leslie’s Step by Step, I really think this will eliminate most if not all of the confusions and I think it will cut down on the errors as well. I definitely appreciate Leslie putting the time and effort into this document. Great job Leslie!

This week we recognize Karen "KK" Hook on the NASA JSC contract. From the client: "“KK provided outstanding support to the new visitor badge system that was instituted after JSC security stopped processing the CAA (yellow) badges. She devised her own system to gather the inputs for CAA badges and make them available to employees even on days when support was not available. Then she created an informational package to share with other employees to help communicate how the new system works and how employees can get the proper access to the CAA areas.  KK took on this heavy increased workload and still continued to execute her daily tasks.  Thank you, KK!”
