I’m thrilled to share a recent milestone in our work on Predictive Maintenance (PDM) algorithms for electric vehicles (EVs). During a recent general meeting, I had the opportunity to present the AI-driven solutions we’ve developed, including models that accurately predict the State of Health (SoH) of EV batteries. To tackle the challenges of limited real-world data, we successfully generated high-quality synthetic datasets using advanced techniques like CorrGAN and Variational Autoencoders (VAE). These datasets have been instrumental in enhancing our model training and evaluation processes. Additionally, we’ve built a robust cloud-based infrastructure that seamlessly handles both data and model workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency in deployment. I’m excited about the progress we’re making toward more reliable and energy-efficient EV systems, and I look forward to collaborating with others in the industry to push these advancements even further!

🚀 RealHyFC is now member of the AEVETO Cluster!  Our project is becoming even more involved in the hydrogen ecosystem by becoming a member of the AEVETO (Advanced Electric Vehicles for Efficient and Economic Transport Operations) cluster!  💪 This cluster is a collaborative initiative focused on driving innovation in Zero Emission Heavy Duty Vehicles through EU-funded R&D.  🛣️ By uniting projects under a common vision, AEVETO advances the development of Battery Electric  (BEVs) and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs), aiming for widespread adoption in the heavy-duty sector.  👀 With a vision aligned to the 2Zero partnership and ERTRAC - European Road Transport Research Advisory Council roadmaps, AEVETO seeks to improve affordability and range to make sustainable transport a reality.  🌱 This cluster aspires to position Zero Emission Heavy-Duty EVs as a cornerstone of a carbon-neutral Europe by 2030-40. 🤝 By joining this cluster we are also getting closer to the other member projects: MORELife, ZEFES, ESCALATE - Horizon Europe Project, EMPOWER Project EU, NextETRUCK, H2Haul project.
