While the holiday season is a joyous time, we believe it's important to recognize those who sacrificed so much for our country. Around 200 of our employees volunteered with Wreaths Across America this past Saturday at 20 cemeteries. From Hawaii to Philadelphia, we honored our nation's heroes by placing wreaths on the graves of those who served our nation and protected our lands. Thank you to our employees in Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, and Big Spring, TX, for sharing these photos. Our group in Houston was honored to receive a Certificate of Recognition from Mr. Ralph Reed of the NSSAR Robert Rankin Chapter #62. We are honored to donate $12,000 toward wreaths across the U.S. #ETCares #ETProud #WreathsAcrossAmerica

A new study from S&P Global highlights the economic, environmental, and geopolitical benefits of the U.S. #LNG industry while warning of the consequences of regulatory and legal uncertainty, as well as the continued pause on LNG projects. The analysis also finds that restarting halted U.S. #LNG projects would have minimal impact on household natural gas costs—less than a 1% increase. Impacts of a continued #LNG exports pause and growing regulatory & legal hurdles, include: • A potential loss of >$250 billion in incremental GDP and >100,000 jobs annually thru 2040. • 85% of the resulting energy gap likely being filled by fossil fuels from outside the U.S.
US #LNG export capacity is currently on track to double over the next 5 years. A new S&P Global study finds that growing US #exports would support nearly 500,000 jobs and contribute $1.3 trillion to US gross domestic product through 2040. Learn more: https://okt.to/V9Ojeh

Did you know that pediatric cancers claim the lives of more U.S. children under age 15 than any other disease? More than 40,000 children are in cancer treatment each year. Yet research is hampered by low federal funding and low incentive from pharmaceutical companies. To help fill this gap, Energy Transfer and Sunoco host an annual workplace campaign to raise funds for pediatric cancer research at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Since 2014, the companies and our employees have contributed more than $17 million to MD Anderson’s research programs, and this year’s $2 million donation will further strengthen those efforts. https://lnkd.in/evfse6Zv

NEW BLOG POST: In a clip that has gone viral from the new Paramount Plus show, Landman, character Tommy Norris expresses his views on renewable energy – more specifically, wind power. https://lnkd.in/gX_BMbmi While Energy Transfer takes a more balanced view of renewable energy sources like wind and solar as an important part of our nation’s energy mix, Norris does make some great points, especially that part about oil being in everything. #Landman #OilandGas #ParamountPlus #Landmanshow #Landmanseries #Oil #Windpower #RenewableEnergy #SolarEnergy #naturalgas #petroleum
