Recruitment Services for Energy Companies.

About us

Our post-COVID society has created many constraints on supplies, one of which is labor. This is one of the leading reasons that energy companies claim demand is not being adequately met and is causing high energy prices. The purpose of this recruitment agency is to open up unique networks to those offering and seeking jobs. We believe that the larger issue is not the lack of talent, but that the people are not being connected with the appropriate opportunities. One of my clients has an opening for a field specialist with wireline and completion tools experience in the DJ / Rockies area. This is for spot work with tool deliveries and support at field locations as a 1099 contractor. An ideal candidate is local, comfortable with an as-needed arrangement, running his/her own area and operation, and has experience with downhole tools, frac and PnP wireline operations.

32-Time Award-Winning Executive Resume Writer for CXO / C-Suite, VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers. ⚜ LinkedIn Profile Writing and Branding ⚜ Board Director Resumes ⚜ Executive Resumes that Get Noticed for Top Jobs!

I recently read the resume of a prominent executive.   He is a change-maker…growth catalyst…and process optimizer. I know this because we talked, I explored and pressed, and he shared some fantastic stats and leadership examples with me. Yet, the resume he initially shared with me did not reflect this.   His resume looked hastily compiled and only contained general job duties and basic career content.    In business, this would be called undervaluing and underselling—a massive lost opportunity.   This top executive knew he was qualified for top positions, but he had not heard back from anyone who had received his resume.   Can you relate?   5 things you can do right now to improve your resume:   1. Pinpoint your brand and unique value offering. If you don't know your value - how can you 'sell' it to others?   2. Identify the reader's needs and pain points. Consider and share how you are their solution. Don't assume they can tell   3. Focus on your results, not the tasks you performed   4. Develop clear statements of success in your resume. Be as specific as possible   5. Use a modern format. The right format and select design elements can better guide the reader’s eye and spotlight key content   What else?   #resume #executiveresume
