All of our acquisitions must meet our strict underwriting criteria. We believe in protecting the investment of our financial partners and use several risk-mitigation strategies across acquisition, management, and exit. At Equiti Partners, we invest along with our investors in every deal we do.
We also offer consulting services to help you achieve or conceptualize your development project, implement construction efficiencies, project management, deal analysis, and asset management. As developers, we have acted as general contractors, managed all sales and marketing in-house, secured financing, conducted permitting, and coordinated environmental and engineering studies. We have experience in preparing guides to kick off your project, as well as coordinating the different contractors and specialties involved in your project.
