Ugly sweater day at the corporate office! Who's got the best one?

Eduro has gone international! 🌎 Well, not really, but we did have two employees represent the USA at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships last weekend. Robert Reese and Robert Tanner raced in Taupō, New Zealand and even crossed the finish line together! We love seeing our team out and active!

Our Utah team enjoyed a night in Park City as we prepare to close up the year. This is such a great team, and we're grateful for all tireless hours you put in to support our facilities. In an industry that often faces negativity, it's crucial to remember the opportunity we have to make a positive impact. Across our 40 nursing homes, we care for around 3,500 individuals, and countless positive stories unfold, we just rarely hear about them. This week, I was inspired by a story from one of our Montana facilities. Alfred, a resident who had initially planned a short stay, found himself needing long-term care. Despite his circumstances, he longed to go hunting. Our incredible team rallied around him, creating an unforgettable experience for he and his family. With his permission I am sharing this and the picture below. This story serves as a powerful reminder of our core mission at Eduro: to provide unwavering care and support to those in need. Sometimes the one in need is not necessarily the patient...but in this case it was and the team rose to the occasion. It's easy for these moments to get lost in the hustle and bustle of our daily work, but they are the heart of what we do. Wonderul job Shyanne and the entire team at Southwest Montana Veterans Home! Passing trays and making days! 🙌 Some of our corporate staff spent their lunch at Highland Care Center today to help serve the residents their meals. We don't have many patient interactions at our corporate office, so this was definitely a highlight! We're grateful for these opportunities, and love serving our residents! #redefininghealthcare

Let’s go Utah! Our corporate office loved supporting Utah’s newest pro team, the Utah Hockey Club! 🏒 Such a fun game to watch, especially as they were playing against Washington’s Ovechkin, who is coming up on Wayne Gretzky’s all time scoring record!

Core Team wrapped up their budget meetings this week, and decided to celebrate with a relaxing visit to the Homestead Crater. The geothermal crater is located right here in Utah--not far from our corporate office--so it was the perfect getaway as it's been getting a little chilly here!

Team Big Sky budgets are on target! 🎯 Area President Brenna Anderson hosted her team in Butte, MT this week. A day of training and 2025 budget discussions merited some fun, so the group battled it out in a friendly axe-throwing competition! We had a surprise visit from the of the SWMVA Foundation who presented us with an award for what our company has done for veterans in the state. We could not be more honored to have been chosen as the operators for the Veterans Homes in Eastern and Southwest Montana, and look forward to serving these heroes for many years to come! 🇺🇸
