About us
EANDC provides a variety of unique services to the community. The Center For Homeownership provides classes and counseling for homebuyer education, financial literacy, and foreclosure intervention. Energy Services provides energy efficiency audits, and weatherization programs. Property Management offers housing for rent, purchase, or lease to own and manages commercial leases. Community Development offers opportunities for community engagement, fostering resident leaders, vacant lot repurposing, building quality housing and commercial development, and guiding future community investment.
