Register here today: https://lnkd.in/gSpMWP44 HR professional Jeffrey Naftal was terminated after he recommended disciplining an employee according to company policy — but against his CEO’s wishes. Scott and his team at The Employment Law Group litigated the case and won a $312,000 jury verdict on Jeff’s behalf. After an appeal, a second trial is now pending. Scott will recap the case, provide advice on handling conflict with superiors, and talk about how to maximize your legal options in a worst-case scenario like Jeff’s.
