Downtown Cleveland is proud to serve as the fiscal agent for Mayor Bibb's "A Home for Every Neighbor" initiative. The initiative is ending encampments by providing the necessary resources to the unsheltered community and accelerating the housing process. Downtown Cleveland's Ambassador team supports the initiative by engaging individuals, passing information to the city, and handling post-housing encampment cleanup.
Our "A Home for Every Neighbor" initiative has reached an incredible milestone: over 100 unsheltered residents have been placed in new homes! This success is a testament to our amazing partners, case managers, outreach coordinators, and service providers. Through targeted outreach, landlord incentives, and collaborative support, we’re making a real difference for those in need of shelter in Cleveland. Thank you to our partners: I'm In Ministry, FrontLine Service, Clutch Consulting Group, NEOCH, West Side Catholic Center, Downtown Cleveland, Inc., Cleveland Mediation Center and Safe Spaces Transitional Housing.
