Last year at Digiss, we took giant strides toward our multi-year strategic goals so ending the year in style was quite appropriate. Among other things, we prioritized DEVELOPMENT of our workforce and new talents, DELIVERED world class cyber security services, and began the process of INNOVATING a solution that will contribute immensely to the development and sustenance of cyber resilient systems. We recognize that the quality of our outputs depends to a large extent on what we put into the development and wellbeing of our people. This is not rocket 🚀 science. This year, we will get a lot more out of our people by doing everything that we did last year - that worked - much better. Celebrating our cybersecurity interns! In 2024, of the 21 that came in through the funnel, 15 have already emerged and all but 2 of them have secured employment. We’re thrilled to have played a key part in moving these individuals closer to their career goal. To those who applied for our Q1 ’25 internship, you should have been contacted by now if you’re in the top 100!

At Digiss, we know that breaking into the cybersecurity industry can be tough, especially in regions where opportunities are scarce. That’s why we’re committed to building a pipeline of skilled cybersecurity professionals through our internship program—and making dreams a reality. In 2024, 22 individuals broke into the industry through our program, with more than half now gainfully employed as cybersecurity professionals. Applications for Q1 ‘25 cohort are now open.
