Approved! Over the past month, our Louella Mixed-Use project has received Land Development approval from the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners and approval from the Radnor Township Design Review Board. Louella Mixed-Use will be located at the corner of Lancaster Ave and Louella Ave in Wayne, PA. The project consists of 2 levels of apartments above ground-level retail and basement-level parking. In total, the project will have 10,000 sf of retail and 24 apartments. Demolition of the existing building is slated to occur this summer and we’re on track to break ground fall of 2024!
