  • Developing our latest spot for Tulane Doctors began with an important question: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘛𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘦 𝘋𝘰𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘺𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳? Partnering closely with Tulane Doctor’s leadership team, we crafted a message of familiarity and trust: “𝘍𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩, 𝘊𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘳 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘦” This message marks a new chapter, but one with the same exceptional care at its core. We’re proud to bring this message to life, connecting patients to the quality they’ve come to expect — no matter where they are. • 20 YEARS Y'ALL. Let there be cake!!! 2004. Who even remembers 2004? I will never forget the fear and uncertainty that came with the decision to take a giant leap of faith and start a company. At age 26, I knew everything but had so much to learn. This city had a need, I had a passion (and a mortgage), and the world was my oyster. But I was scared as hell. A handful of friends and colleagues propped me up. They convinced me I could do it, and told me I wouldn't fail. They said they'd help me, and they did. This unbelievable city (that I am not from) was kind to me, and I met new clients who became friends for a lifetime. I hired team members who shared their hopes and dreams with me, trusted me, invested themselves in what we were doing, and became my chosen family. I learned something new every damn day. Reflecting on 20 years became a real, well, reflection time for me (this is Jennie writing if you haven’t figured that out yet). Less than a year in, Katrina left an unforgettable mark on our City, and we learned what resilience truly meant. At our 1 year anniversary (10-25-05), the phone was still ringing, and I renewed my commitment to this thing I was doing, and never looked back. There wasn’t good agency software so we made shit up, and figured it out. We did layout in Quark, built websites in tables, and never made a deal without a handshake. We were listed in the phone book, y’all. For me, this business is a lifetime of triumphs, laughs, losses, surprises, choices, tears, celebrations, and high fives. Today, I’m really proud to share this story with you all. I don’t know what I’d do without the amazing krewe who joins me every day, and all those who came before who were part of this story. And I humbly thank every client, prior boss, colleague, and vendor along the way who I am lucky to have learned from and share this story with today. I don’t say thank you enough, and this my big fat, deep fried THANK YOU. So now, we party! We have some seriously exciting things in store as part of our celebration! We’re not quite done though, so for now… LET THERE BE CAKE! Thankfully, eagerly, giddily yours, Jennie Westerman Diemont
