I was invited to a Veteran Meet and Greet hosted by the Harker Heights High School JROTC at Peaceable Kingdom. This was a phenomenal student led event and it allowed many of the students to ask questions looking through a Veterans lens. Many of the Veterans are of the local Central Texas community and were stationed at Fort Cavazos. I shared my experiences before joining, while serving and how I’ve transitioned to continue helping the service members of our Armed Forces with D2 Government Solutions. Invest in our future. Quiñones! 🌟 We are thrilled to celebrate Valerie Quiñones, a distinguished instructor at D2 Government Solutions, as the Instructor of the Quarter for the Military Skills Enhancement Services contract at Fort Cavasos, TX! Valerie's extensive military career as a Motor Transport Operator has seen her excel in various roles across the globe, from Fort Hood to Korea and beyond. Her expertise and dedication have earned her the Master Driver Trainer and Master Resiliency Trainer Additional Skill Identifiers, among other accolades. Now, as an instructor for the Bus Driver and Master Driver Trainer Courses, Valerie is committed to preparing the next generation of transportation professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
