We’re thrilled to welcome Nikita Melnichenko to the D12 family as a Manager based in Ohio in the Midwest region. Nikita will specialize in national quality control oversight for our Shower Systems Division and assist in our regional business development efforts. He will work closely with General Manager, Victor Burgos, who is also based in the Midwest region. With seven years of experience running a successful company specializing in installing cultured marble surrounds, shower doors, and countertops, Nikita brings extensive expertise and hands-on knowledge to the team. His strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to inspire teams will be instrumental in ensuring our subcontractors consistently deliver outstanding results. Outside of work, Nikita enjoys snowboarding, hiking, playing tennis, cheering on Chelsea FC, and binge-watching Quentin Tarantino movies. Welcome aboard, Nikita Melnichenko! Well, that's a wrap! The NMHC Student Housing Conference was truly memorable. I'm grateful for the opportunity to connect with and learn from industry leaders.
