Here’s why this recipe matters: ✅ Inclusivity: Helps employees with food sensitivities feel included in holiday traditions. ✅ Customizable: Adaptable to individual tolerances—swap almond milk for regular milk if lactose is tolerated. ✅ Supports digestive health: Encourages employees to explore diverse food options while staying aligned with their health goals. Easy low FODMAP mashed potatoes recipe: Servings: 4.5 cups Ingredients: ⚫ 6-7 medium Yukon Gold potatoes ⚫ ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or lactose-free milk of your choice ⚫ 4 tablespoons unsalted butter ⚫ 1 tablespoon chopped chives ⚫ Salt and pepper to taste Directions: ⚫ Bring a large pot of water to a boil. ⚫ Rinse and scrub potatoes. Cut into 1.5–2 inch pieces. ⚫ Add potatoes to boiling water and cook for 10–15 minutes, until fork-tender. ⚫ Drain and return to the pot. ⚫ Add milk and butter.   • We joined Maven Clinic, Northeast Business Group on Health, and others at the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions Annual Forum today to highlight data-driven approaches for managing health care costs. Chris Nordman, our SVP of Commercial, participated in a panel exploring how data analytics and specialized health benefit partnerships can improve employee health outcomes and reduce employer health care costs. Our recent State of Gut Health in the Workplace report underscores the importance of digestive health in the workplace. It found that: ⚫️ 72% of employees with chronic digestive issues experience decreased productivity. ⚫️ 40% reported daily symptoms that affect their work performance. These findings highlight the need for tailored, data-driven care. In fact, recent clinical data published in BMJ Open Gastroenterology shows that: ⚫️ 83% of Cylinder users reported better symptom management. ⚫️ 85% experienced an improvement in their digestive symptoms.
