Dedication. Innovation. Collaboration. These are three of the core reasons Tierra Marie, PMP joined CyKor nearly four years ago. She wanted to be part of a team that values excellence and would inspire her to grow both personally and professionally. Since 2021, Tierra has absolutely done just that. As a Project Manager, Tierra earned Rockstar of the Quarter twice in a single year. She transitioned to the engineering team while achieving the rigorous PMP certification. She has contributed to CyKor’s journey to become a Cisco Gold Partner, volunteered with the Salute Military Golf Association and Operation Second Chance, and so much more. Bryan H., our Director of Engineering Services, says Tierra personifies CyKor’s “all in” mentality. “Tierra is the backbone of service projects for CyKor. As a Project Manager, she exemplifies hard work, precision, and determination. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to project management make my job easier every day.” Fun Fact: outside of work with CyKor, Tierra is a Baltimore Ravens Cheerleader! She also coaches high school cheerleading and is a cheerleading instructor, choreographer, and judge. She loves to spend time with her boyfriend, Nic, and their Italian Greyhound, Moose.
