Here are three products I’ve been using lately to stay productive and focused: ✅ Crystal Knows Ever wish you could read someone’s mind before sending that big email or jumping on a sales call? Crystal analyzes personality traits and communication styles based on LinkedIn and other sources. I use it to tailor my outreach and messaging—and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for connecting with people on a deeper level. Bonus: One of my favorite people ever, Bob P., works there! ✅ Minutes I am a HUGE note taker, constantly writing during meetings and calls. Minutes has been a lifesaver. It records conversations on your phone or computer, transcribes them, organizes everything into topics and actionable items, and even lets you ask questions about the info it captured. Absolutely chef’s kiss! ✅ Arc Browser Arc is my Notion for the web—I’d be completely lost without it. You know the joke about marketers having 100 tabs open? Yeah, it’s true. But Arc solves that. It stores all my tabs for clients, projects, and personal use in organized folders on the left-hand side, so I always know where everything is.
