The first residents are moving in to the 381 unit apartment complex and construction has started on the 125 acre White River parkland next door. The new park will surely be a large draw for the residential portion of this development as it will provide access to the river for fishing, kayaking, hiking, etc. With each milestone, River Place grows closer to becoming a vibrant live-work-play hub for Fishers, Carmel, Indianapolis, and beyond.
