CREW Portland’s Programs Committee Holiday White Elephant Gift Gathering hosted by Katie Hunter and Fortis Construction, Inc. at their new office at Water Tower in John's Landing! We toured their space, enjoyed bubbles & snacks, exchanged gifts from local shops and celebrated all of 2024’s programs (luncheons, a professional development training workshop & a project tour 😉). This group has taken turns pitching their ideas, building curated panels, leading programs from concept to fruition with average audiences of 140, moderating discussions, and establishing a place of education, community outreach, and business connections for our membership and allies. 👏👏👏 to Marissa Meisner & Quinn Randall for our committee voted Program of the Year, September's Hammering out the Future of Workforce Development in Construction and Trades with panelists Carolina Cano, Meghan Looney, Isis Harris, and moderator Amy James Neel! After 5 years involved in the Programs committee, I'm sure going to miss it! It's time to pass the torch to our 2025 knockout Programs leadership team Christine Zinkgraf, Emily Leonard, and Marissa Meisner! 🙌🏻
