The report for the year 2024 provided insights into the major trends, and we identified key challenges as well as the areas in which postal and CEP companies wanted to invest most. For our 2025 Trend Report we want to find out whether there have been any shifts in trends, emerging technologies, or priorities. With your valuable input we can create a picture of the main trends, the challenges which the industry is facing, and the priorities of the industry for the next one to two years. We will also be able to identify changes and shifts in strategies and priorities. With another amazing lineup of CEOs and top executives from the postal operators of the Asia Pacific region, this year's APPU Bureau Postal Business Forum underlined once again that this is the region's leading industry event. This week, the connect2posts community came together to further propel our joint efforts in sourcing amazing startup solutions and converting those innovations into action. On Wednesday, we had our first preparatory meeting for the upcoming connect2posts and Beam bootcamp, going through the submitted solutions and planning the next steps - with DHL, La Poste Groupe, Swiss Post, Österreichische Post AG, PostNord, Posti, Posta Slovenije, An Post, Pos Malaysia etc. And yesterday, on 24 October, we had our annual connect2posts day at Parcel+Post Expo - an intense day with great panels, startup pitches, and 1:1 meetings. Thank you, Charles Brewer for inspiring us all - what an amazing transformation journey of Pos Malaysia Berhad in only three years!
