The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc, is dedicated to providing patients with comprehensive healthcare services, regardless of an ability to pay, offering free or discounted fees; most insurances accepted. Services: Adult and Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, Family Planning, Women’s Health, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Nutrition, Dental Services, and Clinical Pharmacy. Locations: Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Cheektowaga, and Lockport, NY. Mission: The Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. will provide quality, culturally sensitive, preventive, and primary health care to the underserved of our community through state-of-the-art clinical and business practices in a clinical teaching environment in order to reduce health disparities. Vision: The Health Center envisions a model primary care integrated delivery system that promotes prevention and wellness while ensuring that all people have access to quality, comprehensive and coordinated healthcare. As we express our gratitude this Thanksgiving, we are very grateful for our incredible and talented staff, wonderful patients, and the communities we serve. Here’s some photos from our recent Thanksgiving Harvest Potluck Lunch we had for staff! Please note that all Community Health Center of Buffalo, Inc. locations (Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Cheektowaga, Lockport) will be closed Thursday and Friday to give our staff time to be with family and friends. Our 34 Benwood Avenue location in Buffalo, NY will be open on Saturday, November 30, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. All locations will be open for normal business hours on Monday, December 2.
