Wrapping up the year on a high note 🎉🎉 At our annual corporate holiday meeting, we took time to reflect on this year's incredible wins and new initiatives and set our sights on an even brighter future in 2025. After our meeting, we celebrated with a special holiday cocktail and mocktail seminar and performances from local comedians who had us all giggling while effectively roasting our CEO, Mick Vujanović. A perfect way to close out the year and recharge for what's ahead! Today marks three years since the Miracle at Mayfield ❤ On December 10th, 2021, a catastrophic tornado blew through western Kentucky, damaging homes and business across the region. Mayfield Health and Rehabilitation, a ClearView skilled nursing center, was no exception. Today, we remember the brave frontline staff who did everything in their power to shelter from the tornado, leaving all 74 residents and staff safe and unharmed, while the building was destroyed from the storm. Happy Enduring Heroes Day to our over 350 ClearView frontline staff who has stuck with us from the beginning and through the COVID19 pandemic. We are so grateful for your hard work and dedication to our residents! #healthcareexcellence #healthcare #healthcareheroes #nursing
On November 16th, 2021 both Governor Beshear in KY and Governor Lee in TN helped honor the Enduring Heroes in all ClearView centers. Enduring Heroes were direct care workers who risked their lives serving their residents from March 1st, 2020 forward, battling daily through the early stages of the COVID crisis. While nearly 15% of the skilled nursing workers left the industry, and thousands in KY and TN changed jobs because the burden of service was too much do bear, Enduring Heroes would often work in dangerous and stressful conditions, risking their lives in many cases, to help their residents. On November 16th, 2024 we continue to honor these 350 healthcare heroes who are still working in their original centers - employees who have endured the COVID crisis and continue to serve. A huge “Thank You” to these true heroes!

Last week we launched Bucketlist Rewards and Recognition in 15 ClearView centers! Bucketlist is an employee recognition and rewards platform where staff and management can recognize and award each other for their hard work. Staff can earn cattails from their peers and managers, and then cash them in for prizes and experiences, all through the Bucketlist Rewards platform and app. Our staff was buzzing with excitement, and these centers went all out with themed parties for this exciting rollout.
