So glad to share that we recently acquired a 23 MW, 40-project portfolio of net-metering and community solar assets in Vermont, New York, and California! It was great working with the Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure, LLC team to close on this high quality operating portfolio, which expands CleanCapital's footprint to over 340 MW across 240 projects. Plus, CleanCapital received an additional equity investment of $145M from Manulife Investment Management and its leading institutional co-investors, further renewing our mandate to grow our portfolio of operating assets and accelerate our early-stage development pipeline.

I'm thrilled to share some CleanCapital news today! We are heading into 2025 having secured an additional $145M in equity from Manulife Investment Management and its co-investors, allowing us to kick off the New Year with more capital to deploy into projects. Secondly, I am so proud to announce that we have acquired a 40-asset, 22.7MW operating portfolio from Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure, LLC! To say this is a long time coming is an understatement; this was one of the first portfolios I looked at and first calls I made after joining CleanCapital in 2019. Though it took 5 years to get this acquisition over the finish line, it was a lesson in perseverance made worthwhile by the right projects and the right partners. The portfolio consists of net-metering, FiT, and community solar assets in VT, NY & CA. We are continually on the lookout for operating assets in these markets, so if you have projects in these states, let’s connect.
