  • At last night’s City Council meeting, we celebrated exciting milestones and new leadership roles! Christian Dinco and Mike McMinn were officially sworn in for their new terms, marking the start of their continued service to Eastvale. We are proud to announce the transition of leadership as Christian Dinco passed the torch to Mike McMinn, who will serve as our new Mayor. Additionally, Jocelyn Yow was selected to serve as Mayor Pro Tem.     General Manager at Olive Garden

    On December 11, 2023, Olive Garden officially opened its doors in the City of Eastvale, CA. Today marks our one-year anniversary! I am deeply grateful to all who supported our new restaurant opening. I am immensely proud of all my Restaurant Managers and Team Members. In summary a few of our accomplishments this year: * Over 90 team members celebrated their first anniversary. * A service professional was promoted to manager. * Over 20 trainers were certified. * More than 10 team members were promoted to service and culinary professionals. * Our restaurant achieved a company-wide sales contest win within six months of opening.
