Circular Indiana is happy to announce Dr. Eugene Tseng as the second keynote speaker for the 2024 Circular Economy Conference in Indianapolis on September 10! Dr. Eugene Tseng is an environmental engineer with over 50 years of experience in implementing environmental sustainability plans and programs. Dr. Tseng is also an attorney who specializes in material recovery facilities, transfer stations, and alternative conversion technology facilities. Dr. Tseng has worked alongside the city of Los Angeles on many projects, including the development of the new waste characterization standards. Dr. Tseng will be presenting on the Role of Material Recovery and Management on Climate Action Planning at this year’s conference.
