What a fantastic time we had at the 12th Annual Spirit of Giving Fundraiser! This year, we partnered with Oakdale Elementary to provide winter essentials, toys, and school supplies to their pre-k students. But the fun didn’t stop there – we also had the chance to chat with the students about the important role water plays in our community and show them some hands-on water management processes. A Proud Moment for Charlotte Water! We successfully switched from potable water to high-quality reclaimed water at The Tradition Golf Course! This marks the first of many strides as we work toward expanding reclaimed water use in the University Area, as using reclaimed water offsets potable water for irrigation and cooling tower water. Our EMD and Maintenance teams, alongside Pinnacle Golf staff, worked seamlessly to restart the irrigation system, marking a key achievement as reclaimed water was applied to the green on Hole 16. This accomplishment is a huge step in our mission to provide sustainable water solutions for our community!
