Creating & executing best-in-class people programs to treat employees like internal customers is extremely manual and time-consuming—they include many moving parts such as goals, branding, content, communications, timeline, rewards, and ROI. In the hybrid workplace, there’s no effective way to manage this. We’re here to change that—our goal is to elevate the role of people leaders everywhere and help them to sustain their people program utilization over time.
