Thank you to the Clarion Herald for their heartfelt introduction of Cynthia T. Hayes, the incoming president and CEO of Catholic Charities. Succeeding Sr. Marjorie Hebert, M.S.C., who led CCANO with grace for 12 years, Cynthia has had a remarkable journey. At Tulane University for the past 27 years, she most recently held the role of Senior Director of Medical Alumni Relations & Development for the School of Medicine. Prior to Tulane, Cynthia served as President/Principal at Cabrini High School New Orleans and Director of Development for St. Dominic Parish and School. With her passion for service reflected in her volunteer work with several local organizations including St. Catherine of Siena Parish Women’s Club and Ozanam Inn, we know she will lead Catholic Charities into a bright future. Let’s extend a warm welcome to Cynthia and express gratitude to Sr. Marjorie as she embarks on her well-deserved retirement! You can read the Clarion's story at https://ow.ly/aNvR50UoBLn
