Carolina Case Management wishes you and your family a Happy Thanksgiving. Our office will be closed on Thursday, November 28th & Friday, November 29th during the Thanksgiving Holiday. 

Carolina Case Management is thankful to have helped host the famous Cranfill Sumner LLP Del Frisco event last week. Our sales and marketing team and local nurse case managers were in attendance. 📣 NEW HIRE SPOTLIGHT! 📣 For this week’s Spotlight, we’re pleased to introduce to Medical Case Manager Chastity Boone, RN! HER BACKGROUND/CAREER: Chastity attended Nash Community College in Rocky Mount, NC. She has 17 years of nursing experience, with her background primarily in Oncology/Hospice, which she took an interest in early on after watching someone close to her battle cancer. She also has experience in step down units and intermediate neurology, as well as long term care, which she worked as a supervisor and later as an Assistant Director of Nursing. For the last few years prior to joining our team, she has worked as a travel nurse, and enjoyed traveling around to different hospital and meeting new people along the way. Chastity joined CCM in October and serves the Central NC (Wilson/Raleigh/Fayetteville) area—keep her in mind for your future case management needs in this area! JOINING CCM: She says that her favorite thing about working at CCM so far is the amazing support she has received from her supervisor and others, noting, “At CCM everyone makes you feel part of the team.” IN HER SPARE TIME: Chastity enjoys travel—she tries to go to new places at least once a year. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters. Also, she loves the NFL and you can always catch her watching the Kansas City Chiefs whenever they play. She’s a true blue Carolina fan and will cheer on anyone other than Duke! FUN FACTS: She has a ragdoll named Matteo and everyone loves him. She likes taking pictures while traveling, especially of nature. She enjoys writing and hopes to publish a book someday.

📣 NEW HIRE SPOTLIGHT! 📣 For this week’s Spotlight, we’re pleased to introduce to Medical Case Manager Eva Moore, RN, BSN! HER BACKGROUND/CAREER: Eva attended Clemson University. She began her nursing career in Medical Surgical ICU at Greenville Memorial Hospital in Greenville, SC. She also worked in Surgical/Trauma ICU in New Jersey for a year, so six years in ICU total. She then moved into home health case management for the next twenty years, before joining our team last month in October. JOINING CCM: She says her favorite thing about working at CCM so far is how kind and helpful all of the case managers have been, noting, “There is definitely a feeling of being part of a team that truly cares about one another.” She also loves the ability to work from home. Eva serves the Greenville, SC area, so keep her in mind for your future case management needs in this area! IN HER SPARE TIME: Eva loves decorating and incorporating that into home improvement projects. She has gotten really into gardening in the past couple years. She also enjoys Clemson football and having tailgate parties with friends and neighbors-- she enjoys entertaining and loves to cook. Her happy place is the beach or anywhere tropical! FUN FACTS: She met her husband about 8 years ago and they have a blended family with four girls that are all grown and out of the house. She notes, “My poor husband has to deal with 5 women and always wanted a boy. His oldest daughter had her first child two years ago and finally gave him a grandson, and now she is pregnant with another boy due in March.”
