    Major feature announcement today! callypso has just released a QBR / PDF deck generator. CSMs and AMs spend hours and hours creating decks for their customers. They are cumbersome to create, but so necessary for customers to understand where tickets are, where are product updates, is the value promised in pre-sales being delivered in post-sales? For one customer they spend 2-3 hours on deck creation and are anticipating this will cut down the amount of time spent creating decks by 70% for each deck. This gives them hundreds of hours back in their day each year to focus on value and revenue. We like to think of these as "customer value reports" internally. So you can download the PDF and show the customer the value without a call. We're super excited about this feature and what it means for customer success!
