Based in Boca Raton, Florida, our BPO call center has its largest staffing locations in the Dominican Republic and Trinidad. Our CEO opened our first nearshore location in the Dominican Republic in 2012 to hire top talent and train them to assist with his financial services company in the States. Since then, we opened in Trinidad in 2021 as the effects of COVID oversaturated the Dominican Republic location. We have built a candidate pool of over 25k overqualified agents to scale for long-term as well as seasonal campaigns. We have developed into a technology company providing not only superior talent but also offering the technology we’ve developed internally to our clients. We automate workflows and consistently build bots to lower the required workforce to fulfill many of the repetitive tasks they require.
