SITE VISIT – CITY PARK Originally constructed in 1969 as a car park and engineering facility, the building later became Cape Town's first private hospital in 1983, renamed Christiaan Barnard Hospital in 2001. After over three decades of service, it was vacated in 2016, and in 2017, Rabie Property Group and Ingenuity Property Investment acquired it for R300 million, initiating its transformation. Now reimagined as a mixed-use development, City Park will feature retail space, 68 apartments, 127 hotel rooms, premium offices, co-working areas, and 1,002 parking bays. Highlights include three levels of hotel amenities, multiple restaurants, and a rooftop pool. It is located in the heart of Cape Town's City Bowl and spans Bree, Loop, Longmarket, and Church Streets. STAMP OF APPROVAL – PANORAMA PLAZA We are thrilled to announce that Panorama Plaza, one of our recently completed projects, has earned our Stamp of Approval! This project involved refurbishing the existing centre and introducing new tenants, with approximately 7,000 m² of renovated space and an additional 3,000 m² of new development. Located in Kroonstad, Free State, Panorama Plaza is a vibrant retail hub catering to both the local community and visitors. It features a diverse mix of national and local retailers, offering an array of shopping and dining experiences. With its modern facilities and inviting atmosphere, the plaza has become a cornerstone of convenience and activity in Kroonstad.
