We are proud to highlight our first partnership with Lennar Indianapolis, providing a mortgage-free home to US Army Sergeant First Class Timothy Duffin and his family. This incredible gift offers stability and peace after more than 13 years of courageous service, including a deployment to Afghanistan. This holiday season, we had the privilege of sharing life-changing news with US Army Veteran Patrick Santos and his family—they will soon receive a mortgage-free home! We made this exciting announcement during a special luncheon in partnership with the talented students from the Construction Management Academy at The Villages High School. Adding to the joy, the Santos family’s new home will be built right across the street from Patrick’s best friend and fellow veteran—a bond that will continue to grow in their new community.
