Ohio Art Therapy License Applications are Open! Those that hold an ATR-BC or have held an ATR for 5 or more years may now apply to become a Licensed Professional Art Therapist (LPAT) in Ohio! You may view the application and instructions at: https://lnkd.in/etqrbD-Y If you have held your ATR for 5 or more years and are applying under the "grandfather" clause, please apply as soon as possible to ensure your application is processed before this option expires in October. Starting October 4, 2024, no person may practice art therapy or use the title "art therapist" in the State of Ohio without a valid license. Please be advised that the Buckeye Art Therapy Association does not manage the application process, so any questions about your application should be directed to the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
