We're the confidential, vendor-free membership organization for people leading change at the world's biggest companies.

About us

We create confidential, vendor-free membership communities for people leading change at the world's biggest companies. Why? Because helping leaders make things better at these massive organizations makes a whole lot of good for millions of people. Our communities support the leaders of ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility; hospital communicators; social media; recruitment marketing and employer brand; data strategy; DEI, data privacy, employee experience, and supply chain -- with more communities to come! Board.org merged with Executive Platforms in the spring of 2024. Together, we’re excited to build a more robust and comprehensive experience for our members. Members will continue to access unbiased insights from trusted peers, but now have more ways to do it in person and enjoy access to larger ecosystems of thought leaders and innovators. Community strategist and connector. I enjoy helping others thrive.

Pro tip: Work at a place where you enjoy the people SO MUCH that you’d even pay out of pocket to share an office with them for the day. Every Board.org member needs to know how much love goes into our day. Grateful for our entire staff, for Talent Marketing Board members (and any SocialMedia.org folks who remember me!), and for the opportunity to get to do this every day.

We Create Community for Senior Leaders at the World's Largest Brands. Let's Connect.

TLDR: We are doing some great things at Board.org. You should check us out! After a brief hiatus, I am back supporting the incredible team at Board.org. The best part? I get to be a part of two incredible (new to me communities) that I am beyond excited about, the Data Privacy Board and Enterprise Data Strategy Board. I can't wait to share as I dig in! What I can tell you is that I have now participated in four of our amazing communities and the common thread is that EVERYONE on our team is incredibly invested in what we are building. Here's the best way of explaining what we do: We bring senior leaders like you, with jobs like yours, at companies like yours (with the same challenges and opportunities as yours) together. It's the most important thing we do. Every company has to meet our strict screening criteria. No vendors are allowed. Ever. 👈 Members are senior decision makers, along with their inner circle. You'll be talking to your industry peers, who have experience and knowledge to share. This is a professionally managed community run by full-time, dedicated facilitators. Not volunteers. Just a few more points: -Fast Feedback: Post a question, get an answer by email -Community Calls: Facilitated video-based discussions on deep issues. -Direct Discussions: We provide warm introductions to members who can help. -Board Meetings: In person connections and confidential conversations. Why? Because connection matters. #togetherwegofar

    Technical Project Manager at Board.org

I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Technical Project Manager at Board.org! I am so thankful to work for a company that offered 4 months of parental leave. That time with the twins was such a blessing. Returning to work with a promotion is probably the best way to get back to it! I find it refreshing to work with people who value you as a whole person and truly "support the family". Thank you Katrina Tofflemire for being an incredible boss (and friend!) and to my powerhouse Ops team who took on all my work on top of a major company transition. I'm glad to be back!
