We're excited to introduce Maria and Lindsey, who both joined Bender Companies in September! Maria C. Sheehan CPM®, ARM® CAPS comes on board as a Regional Manager, bringing extensive experience in multi-family management and value-add assets. She holds CPM and ARM designations from IREM, a CAPS certification from NAAEI, and an ABA from Harper College. Maria oversees property performance and tenant satisfaction across her region. Lindsey Brownfield joins us as our new Hiring Coordinator, bringing a background in HR and customer service. A recent graduate of DePaul University with a focus in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she handles talent acquisition and onboarding for our team. Welcome aboard, Maria and Lindsey!

We are excited to introduce Jake Morris, our Real Estate Analyst Intern! He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment at DePaul University and has a strong background in real estate brokerage and multifamily investments.   During his time with us, Jake has been gaining valuable hands-on experience working closely with our Acquisitions team on sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities.   We look forward to seeing his continued growth and success this fall!

One of our favorite parts of Budget Camp is the Awards Dinner, where we come together to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication of our property teams. Our third and final day of Budget Camp 2024 wrapped up on a high note! We kicked off with the second day of our Vendor Fair, where we had more opportunities to connect with our amazing partners.
