New York finalized their refrigerant regulations! It's a lot to process. As far as I can tell after a cursory reading, registration for annual reporting begins on June 1, 2025. By 2035 all supermarket systems containing 200 or more pounds of refrigerant must use refrigerants with a GWP20 of less than 10; alternatively, they must have an annual leak rate of 5% or less.
