AH Talent Insights🔍 Moving into the third week of January we have noticed some reoccurring themes and observations around Talent conversations: 1. Valuations are adjusting and employees questioning what their equity is worth. Are the handcuffs golden or lead? It now may be time to reach out to top talent that hasn't been on the market for a while. 2. Candidates are asking the right questions around the financial health of the companies they are applying to. This is coming up in interviews and intake calls. 3. Companies are requiring plug and play talent, there is no time for extended learning curves. Experts are in-demand and companies are willing to get creative with compensation.
