When it’s unclear what needs to be done, things won’t get done. In our latest release, we’ve made it easier to visualize your team’s work, link related items, and customize your Atono workspace. You can explore these updates and more firsthand in 2025! Now, important question: are you team light mode or dark mode? https://lnkd.in/d-DpXzkd

We’ve hit a big milestone: our first internal release! 🚀 While Atono isn’t quite ready for the public yet, we’ve gone through the full release process as a team – product, engineering, and marketing – ensuring we’re fully prepared for the real launch with real users. This update focuses on workflows, and we’ve put together a changelog to give you a sneak peek. https://lnkd.in/g2cZcP9D

The most precious resource in the universe? Gold? LOL, no. It is time of course. Finite and just can't make any more of it. At atono, we approach our use of time with care and intentionality. Running 'shoulder surfs' is one of our ways to keep us agile, efficient, and focused. Our own Mark Henzi goes into detail on how we run this process. https://lnkd.in/gnnHa7Xy

If you ask a graphic designer why visual consistency matters, they’ll point you to guidelines about colors, fonts, logos, etc. They’ll stress the importance of not straying from these rules. And they’re right. When you see an ad with strong, consistent branding, you probably know the company just from that. That kind of familiarity is a big win. So, why don't companies give their written content the same attention as their visuals? When your tone of voice is clear, you head off disagreements among your team about what the brand should sound like. When your tone of voice is well-defined, your team can produce content quickly and efficiently. When your tone of voice shows personality, people are more likely to remember the brand. At atono, nailing down our tone of voice was one of the first things we did before creating any content. Find out how in our latest Substack. ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/grGqsatS

Joining a startup like atono is hard work. As we grow, there's inevitably more to do and we want to move fast. And as nimble and talented as our team may be, there comes a time when an extra pair of hands is needed. This often prompts a question: should we outsource or hire? Let's dig into a few key things to keep in mind when you're navigating that crossroad. https://lnkd.in/gZxgVVKk
When to outsource and when to hire
