Neo4j is a good open-source option for providing visibility into Entra ID users and their group memberships, while also offering a system to track changes over time and scan for drift. This can be integrated with Power Automate or Power Apps to query audit logs (UALs) and create a Power BI dashboard to monitor configuration drift. @Jacob Vetere
