Arevon’s team supporting the Blue Jeans Solar Project, formerly known as the Ratts 2 Solar Project, recently toured the community center in Vincennes, Indiana, and volunteered at the local Helping His Hands food depot. 🥫 The team spent the day packing bags of food, hygiene products, and household items for community members in need.     Helping His Hands is a #nonprofit that supplies food to local residents and responds to natural disasters, including tornados, hurricanes, and floods. 🫂 Their food depot feeds more than 400 families each month and supplies food to 13 pantries in the area.      Arevon is proud to support local organizations that uplift the communities where our projects are located. 💪     #renewables #renewableenergy #cleanenergy #solar #solarenergy #solarproject #solarpower #donation #communityengagement #communityimpact #communitysupport #socialresponsibility #sustainability #makeadifference

This past month, Arevon team members participated in and donated to #Movember, which has become an annual tradition in our offices. We are excited to announce that our Eland 1 Solar-plus-Storage Project has reached commercial operations in Kern County, California! ☀️🔋 Eland 1 couples 384 megawatts (MWdc) of #solar with 150 MW/600 megawatt hours of #energystorage which will generate clean electricity, reduce the possibility of blackouts, and further strengthen the #electricgrid. ⚡This milestone propels Arevon’s operating renewable energy projects in California to more than 3,000 MW!     Our CEO Kevin Smith remarks, “The Eland Solar-plus-Storage Project signifies Arevon’s ongoing commitment to advancing clean, renewable energy in California. Today is #InternationalVolunteerDay and to celebrate, Arevon is reflecting on a few ways that our team connected with our community this year.🫂 Bettering the world around us is the driving force behind the work that Arevon does, and we’ve made giving back to our local communities one of our core commitments.      This year, the Arevon team:     - Supported Feed My Starving Children by packing meals for deserving children across the U.S.🥫  - Took part in Natural Restorations cleanups around the Phoenix area. 🏞️  - Volunteered with the local Boys & Girls Club in Carson, California. ⛹️  - Volunteered at the Southeast Missouri Food Bank with local representative Frank Marshall. 🍎  - Joined the UMOM New Day Centers' annual walk to end homelessness event at the Phoenix Zoo. 👟     We look forward to continuing to being active members of the community!     #donation #communityengagement #socialresponsibility #sustainability #makeadifference #communitysupport #volunteering
