Fear of relapse doesn't have to be a part of Halloween this year. Protect your sobriety with a few simple preplanning activities like attending support meetings, reminding yourself of your triggers, reminding yourself of your coping skills, having distraction activities available, planning to attend family-friendly events, or controlling the plot by hosting a family-friendly sober Halloween party yourself. You can do this!

Anchor was thrilled to partner with Tracey Wyatt Recreational Center for their Annual Trunk-or-Treat Community Event. Our staff donated candy, decorated their car trunks, and handed out treats to celebrate with our community. There were lots of costumes and fun for all ages to enjoy.
