About us
An Hour for Others is a civic & social organization company based out of The Cotton Exchange Building Old Hall St, Liverpool, United Kingdom. We also have a community hub on West Derby road Tuebrook. We currently engage with 120 service users at our hub each week with ages ranging from 6 to 82 years old. We are working hard to build stronger communities, helping people be the best version of themselves and to make positive change. We bring businesses to community helping businesses deliver their CSR by supporting grass root projects who need our support the most. Our motto is together we are strong.

More positive news at An Hour For Others. 🙌 Our friend and supporter since the first days of AHFO Sara Lawton (Pgcert) has chosen to support us massively through her incredible Rise initiative. Sara and Dan are going to fund the running costs of our community hub in the heart of Liverpool for the next year!! Rise supports many local initiatives through giving a percentage back to community! We are really grateful to be chosen in this way 🙏 AHFO are funded 90 percent by people like this, who help in so many ways, from playing monthly lottery’s, sponsoring, attending our galas and fundraising. From the grant we will be supporting almost 200 people per week, with health and well being sessions, community groups and after school sessions. From babies to elderly people teaching vital life skills ❤️ we will also be supporting with healthy affordable food each week 🩵 Thank you Sara and Dan we really appreciate this ❤️ #togetherwearestrong #csr @saramarielawton
